Today, out of the blue, I asked a new interview question: "If you could be any ingredient in a salad, what ingredient would you be?" Giselle answered brilliantly: "I don't like salads, so I would be a crouton."
(Huh. Just after I started writing this, I realized I was actually doing a version of yesterday's journal topic.)
The moment caused me to realize that I'm getting bored with these interview questions. So, I'm calling for suggestions-- what else do you think I should ask? Please comment to this post with your ideas.

Some possible questions could be:
ReplyDelete- do you see yourself as a leader or a follower and why?
- if you were told you had one week to live, what would you do?
- how did you find out Santa wasn’t real?
- what are 3 pet peeves?
- extrovert or introvert?
- how would you describe a friend?
- if you had three wishes what would they be?
- what are some conspiracy theories you believe?
Some questions could be:

Whats one thing you would want to change in this world?
If you can choose between fire and water which one would it be? Why?
What is your dream family?
Perhaps you could consider asking:

2. Which of the poems that we have recited or stories that we have read do you (relate/seen/etc) to?
Ex: The Pedestrian, you probably have been that person taking that walk watching everyone's attention be consumed by this electronic device or have reflected that you were that person the Pedestrian was looking at.
3. (Most colleges have this question on their page) Would you like to be a small fish in a the ocean or a big fish in a small pond? why?
4. How do you balance your time? as in * social & family time, giving time, self-time
5. What bridges are you happy that you burned? *can be intrepreted many ways
6. For what in life, do you feel most grateful for?
