  1. I think that it is sad that all the racial slurs and acts have increased. Minly the fact that KINDERGARTEN kids are saying such things like so.

  2. I heard about the Righetti situation and felt saddened and angered. How is that teenagers and even little kids pick up on everything that's going on in the world and begin to use it to discriminate and bring down others? I think it's horrible that the people that were in that situation had to go through it and be yelled at.

  3. I think this is honestly a sad/disgusting culture of hatred that's arising which just makes me scared for our future society. After all these years of hard work for America to gain independence and assert that all humans have natural rights, what is happening right now in our country is basically taking us steps back as if we're going back in time. Some many not see the amount of hatred that is being spread but recently at a Righetti vs. St. Joe's basketball game words were chanted that were honestly so disrespectful and inappropriate that people need to start waking up and realizing that this isn't just something that's being said in the media but instead that hatred is being spread in our own backyard, and it's up to us to do something about it.

  4. I feel that the adults play a big role in showing how they discriminate people because of there race or ethnicity. Having children around and learning to do these things because of Trump is heart-breaking. We should be showing them why we shouldn't discriminate them and show how much they can improve the society.

  5. I find it alarming how even the youngest people in this world are learning to use such vulgar language to bring someone down. I am saddened at how these kids are discriminating against other HUMANS. If only we saw past the differences and were more accepting, the world could be so much better. Racism has always been an ongoing issue that doesn't seem to die down. It's sad how it's only getting worse from here.

  6. The fact that little kids copy the upsetting words of our former president, is horrible. It almost always the people that support Trump who are coming off the most racist. Having a president like Trump is a real shame because alot of people look up to him, he has definitely has a big stage, and he himself isn't a very role model. Bullying in general has been going for way to long, we must put an end to this.

  7. When a 13 year old boy attacks a 12 year old boy and beats his mother to unconscious for being Mexicans, and when you have a 17 year old lead some incidents towards a 16 year old for a tweet and told that it was just a joke and let it go, it makes me wonder how far are we going to go to cover these stories? There is many racist comments in shows or actions that sometimes we let our younger ones watch and they may imitate it. Or some grow up with the idea that joking is okay. But is there a guideline or rules that you have to follow in order to be a joke? Why do we say its okay to say a racist joke if it's about ourselves. I believe that is also when discrimination isn't just an issue between all humans and the races we label each other, but also in the generations, especially those generations that are born in America, feel greater than their own grandparents, which is sick because they should understand that not everyone was fortunate to have what they do.
