On a (full-sized) sheet of notebook paper (without all that spiral strand stuff attached), please write:
- Your name and class period in the upper right-hand corner
- Answers to the following five questions:
- What is your personal contact email and mobile phone number?
- Why are you taking this course?
- What do you hope to get from this course? (What do you want to improve, or accomplish?)
- What letter grade do you hope to achieve at the first progress report, and at the end of the semester?
- Please describe something peculiar* about yourself. (*interesting, private, but not scandalous - I'll give examples in class)
